Notes for Parents
Child safety is our priority. We recommend that adults supervise children at and in the pool at all times — especially younger children and non-swimmers. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision throughout the stay. Feel free to bring floaties and swimming vests for younger guests. The garden is enclosed, but the entrance gate should remain closed whenever children are on the property.

Questions about Kids Birthday Parties
Is the pool safe for children?
Our 10×5m pool has a gradually sloping floor and heated water. Child safety is the responsibility of parents and guardians — we recommend constant adult supervision, especially for younger children and non-swimmers. Feel free to bring floaties, swimming vests and pool toys. The garden is enclosed — please keep the entrance gate closed during children's play.
What exactly is included in the day rental price for a kids birthday party?
The day rental price includes: exclusive access to the entire estate, heated 10×5m pool with warm water, garden with furniture and sun loungers, summer house, BBQ and outdoor kitchen, 200W Bluetooth sound system, table tennis and parking. Food, drinks, cake, decorations and entertainers are not included — you organise them according to your preferences and budget.
Can we bring food, cake, decorations and an entertainer?
Absolutely! You are free to bring catering, homemade food, cakes and all the decorations you like. You can hire entertainers, photographers, clowns, magicians or organise your own programme. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ are available for on-site food preparation, and the estate has power outlets for equipment.
How many children and guests can attend the party?
For daytime events we accommodate up to 40 guests — children and adults combined. That is plenty for a large party with a whole class, nursery group or families of friends. The entire estate is exclusively yours — no other guests during your rental.
Is there parking for parents arriving in separate cars?
Yes, the estate provides parking for multiple cars. Parents arriving from different parts of Belgrade can park without any problem. The Vrčin location is easily accessible, just 25 minutes from the city center.
Can we organise entertainment, a photographer or a magician for the children?
Of course! You organise the programme — Zen Garden provides the space, and you bring the entertainers of your choice. The estate has power outlets for technical equipment, a Bluetooth speaker for music and plenty of room for activities and games. We are happy to recommend trusted entertainers we have worked with.
Do you recommend catering or should we organise it ourselves?
We work with several caterers in the Belgrade area — from simple finger food menus to full meals with servers. We will gladly send you contacts for our trusted partners. You can also bring your own food, use the BBQ or order delivery — everything is welcome.
How far in advance should we book a kids birthday party?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. For summer and autumn weekends — book up to 2 months ahead as slots fill up quickly. The date is confirmed upon payment of a deposit. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability for your preferred date.
